About the Role - Production General Labor (1st Shift)


Production General Labor - 1st Shift
Location: On-site - Williamsburg / Traverse City, MI


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Truly Free is hiring a Production General Labor team member to support our growing production operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants stable hours, strong pay, and room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a variety of machines to assist with production.
    Pick products from production areas and box customer orders for shipping.
    Verify labels, quantities, and packing lists for accuracy.
    Assist with basic labeling, assembly, and production line tasks.
    Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety rules.


Pay & Incentives
- Starting at $20.00 per hour.
- Food Share premium: +$0.75 per hour through our Food Share program (helps offset everyday food costs).
- Production bonus: eligible for our production bonus program, which has historically averaged an additional $1.30 per hour based on team performance.
