Job description

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open part time position in Heber Springs, AR. This is for Stone Bridge Senior Living an Independent Living Community Outpatient Clinic.
Benefits package includes:
1) 5 PTO days Accrual
2) 401K w/ 3% match
In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
