The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor duties such as cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Prepare and maintain work areas by removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.Assist with site setup and teardown, including moving equipment and supplies.Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required protective gear.Support team leads and supervisors as directed to ensure project completion on schedule.RequirementsPrevious experience in construction, maintenance, or warehouse work preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Mobile, AL. $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly
