Job Description

The Commercial Electrical Helper provides essential support to Electricians and Electrical Foremen on commercial job sites. This role assists with installations, material handling, and daily jobsite tasks while learning the electrical trade. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow in a hands-on environment.

Job Requirements

  • Assist electricians and foremen with installation and maintenance of commercial electrical systems
  • Pull wire, organize materials, and support electrical installations
  • Run for tools, equipment, and parts as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
  • Support team members to ensure daily production and project goals are met
  • Communicate clearly with team members and ask questions to ensure understanding
  • Assist with end-of-day cleanup and jobsite organization
  • Demonstrate professionalism and represent the company positively on job sites

Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade
  • Basic knowledge of tools and construction environments (preferred)
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Salary
