Your Role at Acousti
The Warehouse Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of materials to job sites, while maintaining warehouse organization and following company and DOT regulations. This role supports field operations by contributing to job site efficiency and material availability. The ideal candidate will bring reliability, safe driving practices, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Maintain DOT and Acousti truck logs
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and load/unload materials at job sites
  • Maintain a safe work environment and proper use of PPE
  • Communicate delivery delays or issues with management
  • Load, unload, and wrap stock on pallets
  • Build loads using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Assist with daily delivery coordination
  • Count and verify inventory, support product rotation and down stacking
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and fleet safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking for in You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience
  • Safe driving record
  • Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on foot for 8 hours/day
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and DOT regulations
  • Experience with material delivery in commercial or government projects
