Description
Job Title: Drywall Framer
Location: Cape Canaveral, Fl
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Superintendent

Your Role at Acousti
As a Drywall Framer, you will support the team in installing metal studs and drywall on commercial and government projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the project, and you will have the opportunity to grow and expand your skills in the construction industry.
In this role, you will contribute directly to the success of our company by ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our dynamic team and play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring our high standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Gather and carry materials, clean work areas, and maintain equipment
  • Measure, cut materials, and position needed equipment
  • Work on scaffolds, aerial lifts, ladders, and stilts, and use powder actuated tools and lasers
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, maintaining construction schedules, including phasing
  • Collaborate as a team player while also being able to work independently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

What We're Looking for in You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 3 years of experience in a related trade
  • Tools and transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day

Education Requirements
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
