Position Description:

Rachel Contracting is seeking qualified applicants for a Heavy Equipment Operator.


Rachel Contracting is a specialty site-work contractor performing earthwork, demolition and utilities primarily in the Midwest/Central US region. Our team welcomes individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering quality workmanship with integrity and professionalism.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Support the construction of earthwork components for projects, including site grading, road construction and improvements, drainage systems, road maintenance, dewatering, soil stabilization, foundation excavation and backfilling, utility installation, and other required civil infrastructure.
  2. Operate various heavy equipment, including motor graders (blades), dozers, excavators, water trucks, off-road trucks, and skid steers.
  3. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and established work plans to ensure a safe and efficient job site.
