Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
