Rachel Williams State Farm is seeking a motivated Multiline Representative to join our Olivette, MO agency. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys consultative selling, working toward goals, and helping customers find coverage solutions across multiple insurance product lines.
This is a sales-focused position with clear expectations, consistent follow-up, and a strong emphasis on converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
Role Summary

As a Multiline Representative, you will work with both new and existing customers to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and support agency growth. You will handle needs-based sales conversations across auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance products while maintaining a professional and service-minded customer experience.
The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, organized, and motivated by performance-based growth.
Licensing Requirements

This position is licensing contingent.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting
Licensing support and guidance will be provided throughout the process
What Youll Be Responsible For

Leading needs-based sales conversations with prospective and existing customers
Quoting, presenting, and selling insurance products across multiple lines
Recommending auto, home, renters, life, and health coverage solutions
Following up consistently with prospects to move opportunities toward closing
Building strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals
Supporting renewals, endorsements, and service needs while identifying sales opportunities
Participating in marketing efforts and community outreach to generate new business
Maintaining accurate documentation and a consistent customer experience
Collaborating with team members to meet individual and agency production goals
