Job description

The position of Maintenance Helper is an entry level position assisting the Maintenance Manager with projects and repairs. Working within the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Central Oregon Collective the Maintenance Helper is expected to treat all clients with the highest level of dignity and respect and assist them in being as independent as possible. Safety, cleanliness, and freedom from hazards for clients, co-workers, and self must remain at the forefront of the Maintenance Helpers work.

  • Assist with Landscaping and seasonal snow removal with snow blower
  • Assist with painting and exterior repair for all company properties
  • Assist with events as needed at company community center
  • Pass Criminal History Background Check, and pre-employment drug screening
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid Oregon Driver License
  • Must have proof of car insurance and current registration and must be insurable by COC's auto insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles
