Job description

Psychiatrist, Collaborative Care – Part Time - Oregon Licensed – Remote

Join a healthcare team that values coordination, compassion, and impact.
Janus Healthcare Partner’s Collaborative Care model is expanding across Oregon. Our mission is to improve quality of life for patients living with behavioral health challenges and chronic medical conditions by embedding behavioral health services directly into primary care settings.
Part-Time | Remote (Oregon)
We are seeking a psychiatrist to join a growing collaborative care program in a part-time, remote role.
This position is 8 hours per week, with potential to expand. The work is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings.
This is a part-time, consultative role focused on population-based psychiatric care within an integrated primary care setting. The psychiatrist partners with primary care providers and Behavioral Health Integration Clinicians to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and clinical guidance for patients with behavioral health and chronic medical conditions.
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who has prior experience working within a Collaborative Care or integrated care model and values flexible scheduling, clinical collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Position Overview
  • Part-time role: approximately 8 hours per week, with potential to expand
  • Primarily remote work
  • Occasional in-person meetings or collaboration sessions as needed

Qualifications
  • Unrestricted and Active Oregon medical license (required)
  • Experience working within a Collaborative Care or integrated behavioral health model (strongly preferred)
  • Experience providing consultative psychiatric care to primary care teams
  • Residence in Oregon; Willamette Valley preferred

What We Offer
  • Flexible, part-time scheduling
  • Remote clinical work
  • Meaningful participation in an integrated, team-based care model
  • Opportunity to help shape and grow a Collaborative Care program
  • Collegial clinical environment with experienced leadership
  • Oregon Pay Transparency Notice: In compliance with Oregon law, the compensation range for this position is listed in this posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
  • Estimated annual compensation at 8 hours/week: approximately $65,000 – $75,000.
  • If hours expand, compensation will scale proportionally.

Interested?
If you are seeking a flexible psychiatric role that emphasizes consultation, collaboration, and population-based care rather than traditional outpatient volume, we would welcome your application.
