The Oregon Golf Club: kitchen is creative and dynamic and promotes an atmosphere that encourages the team members to grow, to learn and to lead. We are a scratch cooking kitchen with a great reputation for quality.

We are located in beautiful West Linn Oregon

We are looking for a part-time/ full-time cook with minimum 2 years’ experience for both restaurant or catering environments.

We have both AM and PM positions available on the line.

Ideal Candidate:

Well Organized and Self-Motivated

Experience cooking a wide variety of cuisines with a focus on local product and seasonality

2 or more years’ experience in restaurant or banquets preferred

Experience in execution of appetizer, salad, action stations and entrée firing

Experience in large quantity cooking preferred

Responsible for preparation and assisting in execution of banquets and special events

Requirements:

Good knife skills

Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent personal hygiene

Able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment

Strong attention to detail

Punctual and able to work as needed

Work well in a team atmosphere with a positive attitude

Strong Work ethic
