We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing rehabilitation team in Oregon, Ohio. If you're looking for a supportive workplace where your clinical skills are valued and your professional growth is encouraged, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting 
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence 
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families 
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation 
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs 
  • Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes 
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio 
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Passion for patient-centered care 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
