As a Physical Therapist at Holistic Health, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our work environment is onsite, with unique hands-on interactions that allow for real-time assessment and treatment of patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. You will engage with patients in a warm, welcoming atmosphere designed to promote healing and rehabilitation.

• Conduct initial assessments to understand and document patients' medical history, physical condition, and personal health goals.
• Manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour while providing focused, individualized treatments.
• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on the latest evidence and patient feedback.
• Utilize various techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve range of motion, strength, and function.
• Reduce reliance on medications by offering alternatives through holistic treatment modalities that promote natural healing.
• Motivate and educate patients on their conditions and the importance of physical therapy in their recovery process.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure progress toward patient goals.
• Document patient care activities meticulously using electronic medical record (EMR) software like WebPT for effective communication and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of comprehensive patient care.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, emphasizing the enhancement of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

You will primarily work with individuals seeking rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative recovery, and chronic pain management. Our patient population includes adults and seniors who rely on our expertise to restore their mobility and improve their overall health outcomes. Understanding the psychological and emotional aspects of healing is essential, as many patients are navigating the challenges of recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required, although a Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against professional license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques that are pivotal in rehabilitating orthopedic conditions.
• Strong ability to develop and implement customized exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as WebPT is advantageous for maintaining accurate records.

• Prior experience working within a physical therapy outpatient clinic, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and methodologies, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
