Coverage Type: No Call Practice Settings: Inpatient Locations: Santa Rosa, California Requirements: State License (CA) Board Eligible BLS ACLS Start Date: Apr 28 2025 End Date: Ongoing Other Details: LOCUM- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation We are looking for two providers for this need.

Ideally, we would like to privilege them at QVH & PVH for locum needs as they arise there as well. The site is working on obtaining temporary privilege approval for the April shifts. If this cannot be obtained provider will more than likely not start until June.
