Job description

The Client Service & Product Support Specialist is an entry-level operations role within ADP Retirement Services. This position supports the administration of 401(k) retirement plans by processing participant transactions, completing plan maintenance activities, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to quality and accuracy. This position provides excellent exposure to financial services, retirement operations, and cross-functional collaboration while building a foundation for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process participant and plan-level requests accurately and within service level expectations.
  • Review, research, and resolve casework assigned through the case management system.
  • Complete participant transactions including:
    • Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs)
    • Death Segregations
    • Termination Distributions
    • In-Service Distributions
    • Loan Processing
    • Hardship Distributions
  • Perform account and plan maintenance updates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within internal systems.
  • Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to minimize operational and financial risk.
  • Adapt to new systems, technologies, and process improvements.
  • Support department goals related to accuracy, productivity, and client service.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
