Duties & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
Function as a highly organized, driven, and tech-savvy Executive Operations Assistant in support of company ownership and project management operations to enable Leadership to focus more on strategic business growth.
The responsibilities of your role include:

  • Support the owner and project management team with daily operations
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, job documentation, and communications
  • Assist with project tracking, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and administrative office tasks including high volume email
  • Learn and navigate construction software platforms and digital plan systems
  • Organize and maintain files, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project records

Qualifications

Requirements to be successful:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software
  • Construction industry experience required


Experience with or ability to learn:

  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • Planswift
  • AutoCAD/Revit
  • Scheduling and project management software
