What Does an Entry-Level Operations Manager Do?
An entry-level operations manager's primary responsibilities are to oversee a company's production and help make the operations more efficient while still complying with environmental and safety standards and regulations. Your responsibilities include monitoring budgets, planning strategies to reach organizational goals, and supervising employee performance in warehousing, manufacturing, purchasing, and other related departments. Your duties have you evaluating the quality of goods and services produced and ensuring that they meet client expectations.
