Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $111,706 and $148,941 annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. What you'll do
As the Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager you will interact with all areas and levels of the organization, using a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving, and work to motivate team members toward the common goal, deliver quality products to our customer’s on-time. The Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager is key in leading the manufacturing strategy and execution related to customer fulfillment, budget, resource utilization, on time delivery and talent management, as well as fostering a strong safety culture. This position is responsible for facilities, maintenance, and manufacturing operations across value streams in both plants as well as providing leadership and direction to all manufacturing leaders in their activities to ensure each facility is operating within budget; delivering key operational metrics, and providing a work environment that develops all members of the team

What you'll bring (required qualifications):

•          8 years operations leadership experience

•          10 years’ experience working in a Manufacturing environment

•          Strong experience in strategic management, planning and execution.

•          Experience in attracting, retaining and developing others through personalized development plans with a track record of developing future leaders

•          A strong balance of analytical skills and action orientation to drive sustaining results with intensity

•          Excellent communication, executive presentation, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving

•          Collaboration skills – able to effectively collaborate with peers in other functions and with colleagues in other businesses or divisions

•          Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages

Preferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Engineering. Masters preferred.
  • Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, NPV/return on investment, and cost accounting principles desirable
  • Experience working in a regulated business environment (Aerospace, Medical, Food Industry, etc.)

•         Experience working with AS9100, ISO9001 Quality Management Systems

•         6 Sigma Green Belt qualification
