Business Operations Specialist (Entry Level)
Salary: $50,000- $55,000
Location: Huntley, IL

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, improving processes, and helping our team continue to deliver outstanding results.
In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end order process by managing quotes, coordinating customer orders, tracking inventory, and working closely with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep operations running smoothly from production through delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate daily business operations to ensure scheduling is running efficiently, and organizational goals are met.  
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information in regard to orders.  
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels by tracking stock, coordinating replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. 
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports that support strategic planning and business decisions. 
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and compliance. 
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy and consistency in daily tasks.
