About the Role:
Universal Rehab in Houston, TX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Office Staff member to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in a healthcare environment where your contributions make a real difference in patients' lives every day.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain and update patient records and data entry in office systems
  • Process and organize medical forms, insurance documents, and paperwork
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with general office tasks as needed
  • Ensure front office area is organized, clean, and running efficiently
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant coursework a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
