Dental Receptionist - Spanish Required.

The right candidate will have at least 1 year of dental experience. Previous customer/sales roles goal oriented candidates. You must love dentistry.

Responsibilities:
  • Verifying patient insurance benefits.
  • Treatment plan/case presentation.
  • Scheduling appointments to achieve office goals.
  • Following up for unscheduled treatments.
  • Checking in and outpatients. No.
  • Collecting payments.
  • Collection calls.

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of dental experience (Prior Front Desk and/or Dental Assisting experience – Preferred).
  • Bilingual – (English & Spanish).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic math (Required).
  • Dentrix experience (Preferred).
  • Strong background with PPO insurance (Preferred).
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team Player.
  • Time management skills.
  • Able to work legally in the US.

Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time (35 Hrs.).
  • Pay: $16.00 - $ 20.00 per hour - Entry level or no experience.
