What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a positive manner.
  • Be a clear and positive communicator at all times.
  • Collaborate with all members of IT, ensuring urgent issues are assigned and communicated for immediate attention.
  • Greet our internal customers, respond quickly and attentively with focus on them as you work to remedy their request.
  • Ask open ended, qualifying questions to identify and resolve internal customer's needs as an entry level, Tier 1 technician.
  • Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner through in-person conversation, phone calls, email, and chat or instant messaging, as well as the support ticketing system.
  • Be diligent in creating tickets for walk ups to track volume and types of issues managed.
  • Able to gather information, triage, obtain screenshots, ask questions, and create tickets.
  • Responsible to ensure meeting room technology is in working order and support as needed to ensure upcoming meetings are successful with technological needs.
  • Distributes new and replacement equipment for onboarding and tech refresh for employees.
  • Brings ideas to add efficiencies and process improvements to role.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, smart phones, tablets, headphones, conference room tablets, smart televisions, network devices, etc.
  • Be on the leading edge of ensuring our company meets all necessary security requirements, adherence to policies and procedures.
