Medical Records Clerk - Department
Quill & Arrow, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and Medical Records Clerk to join our department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing medical records for our clients while providing excellent communication in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to retrieve medical records
  • Organize and maintain accurate medical records for personal injury cases
  • Process requests for medical information from clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Schedule and track medical record requests using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite
  • Meet departmental goals consistently and efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members
  • Perform data entry and update case management systems as needed
