What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
  • Truck Drivers check-in.
    • Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time
  • Preparing finished product to ship to customer
    • Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count)
  • Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures
    • Accurately records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
    • Accurately handles and records all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production
  • Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse
  • Ensure adherence to all safety practice like but not limited to:
    • Forklift and dock doors safety check lists.
    • Ensure usage of proper PPE
    • Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior.
    • Adherence to golden safety rules.

Performance Metrics:
  • Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe conditions/behaviors.
  • Inventory Accuracy.
  • Cycle Counting targets.
  • Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping).
  • On time deliveries.
  • Reports
  • Correct Shipment (correct quantity/right time)
