Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | Four 10-Hour Shifts
Overtime: Fridays as needed

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
  • Perform routine equipment adjustments to maintain production efficiency
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Read work orders, production schedules, and basic blueprints as needed
  • Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Work overtime as needed to support production demands
