POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of BioBait's biodegradable fishing lures. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet BioBait's standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
