Bring your culinary skills and join our team, as a part time Cook, where you can dazzle our guests with your high standards of quality through the presentation, preparation, and cooking abilities.


This position is for the 2026 season, start dates range during Month of May, Memorial Day weekend through the summer availability required.


This position may require flexible scheduling availability.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
  • Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times
  • Receiving food and beverage orders as needed
  • Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests
  • Preparing and plating all food items on the menu
  • Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service


Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment
