Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production operations by accurately cutting raw materials to specification, ensuring efficiency, quality, and workflow consistency. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate band saws, circular saws, and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine cutting requirements
  • Measure and mark materials using tape measures, rulers, and gauges to ensure precision
  • Inspect raw materials and finished cuts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Load and unload materials into cutting equipment and assist with material handling
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
