St. Joseph, MO | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Small Family-Operated Shop

Join our close-knit, family-run shop where every team member wears multiple hats. Whether you’re just starting out or highly skilled, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the shop—running CNC machines and supporting other shop operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC machines alongside various other shop equipment

  • Load, unload, and set up jobs while assisting wherever needed

  • Help with machine maintenance, quality checks, and material handling

  • Use forklifts and other tools to keep production moving smoothly

  • Collaborate with the team to handle a wide variety of tasks every day

Experience Levels & Expectations:

Entry Level / Beginner

  • Some mechanical knowledge or recent Hillyard graduate

  • Eager to learn all facets of the shop including CNC operation and general duties

  • Dependable with strong attendance and a good work ethic

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with the team

Intermediate

  • Comfortable operating CNC machines and familiar with shop processes
