We are looking for an organized, creative, and digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an entry-level to early-career position that reports directly to the Social Growth & Engagement Strategist. You will work closely with senior social media leadership while developing the skills necessary to grow into a strategist role over time.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution of social media initiatives across multiple client accounts while learning agency best practices and contributing to measurable client success.

Content Creation & Coordination
  • Assist with creating compelling social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, callstoaction, and shortform copy that aligns with each clientโ€™s unique voice.
  • Help develop content calendars and organize publishing schedules.
  • Assist with brainstorming creative campaigns, seasonal promotions, and content ideas.
  • Coordinate content approvals and revisions.
  • Community Management
  • Monitor client social channels and engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
  • Escalate customer service issues appropriately while maintaining each clientโ€™s brand voice.
  • Monitor conversations and identify opportunities to increase engagement and community growth.
  • Video & Graphic Content
  • Edit shortform videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Create graphics, Stories, carousels, and social assets using Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Repurpose existing content into platformspecific formats.
  • The ability to create compelling content that captures attention and drives engagement is a tremendous plus and highly valued in this role.

    Scheduling & Publishing
  • Schedule and publish content using Vista Social and other approved platforms.
  • Ensure posts are published accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist in maintaining organized content libraries and digital assets.
  • Research & Reporting
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, trending audio, hashtags, and AI tools.
  • Assist with gathering performance metrics and preparing monthly reports.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learn SEO, GEO, AIassisted content creation, and evolving digital marketing best practices.
