Job Title: "Global Film & TV Admin Temp"
Schedule: "M-W in-office, Thurs/Fri work from home" 7:30a/9:30a start time - 8hr days with a 1hr lunch
- Occasional flexibility, as long as they are being communicative with the team
Team Details:
Team focus is on everything surrounding music que sheets; Listing all pertinent information with songs, who owns it, who wrote it, how long was it played, etc. Their job is to identify and catalog what is controlled by
Inputting music from film and tv shows into the system to allocate funds, getting proper registrations etc.
Role Function:
May have potential to go perm, but not guaranteed; Big on extensions (if possible)
Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting information from and for Music Queue sheets
Working very closely with coordinators and team leads - This is who will train them.
Receiving queue sheets and working with the data; ENTRY LEVEL learning about film and tv copyright
They receive training on how to find and process the information.
Identifying publishing info, identifying songs on documents that they control and putting it into the system.
This person needs a background in data entry; Excel skills; Music business background is a positive, but not required
Skills:
HARD
Excel - tested in person during second interview
Lite adobe experience could be helpful, but not required

Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database.
Ensuring all works data is entered correctly Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.
Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.
Other related duties as assigned.
Hybrid work environment.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
Strong analytical background.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.
