The Alaris division of Kodak Alaris is a leading provider of information capture solutions that simplify business processes. Position Summary:
This position will be part of a high performing shipping team. Operator will be working with domestic and export shipments. As well, this position will be responsible for the inventory control and accuracy of our warehouse. Dependability and Accuracy are a vital trait, for this role. It is important to have timely and accurate shipments sent to all customers to ensure we deliver on our commitments. In this position you will work with a small, dedicated, team who have demonstrated a very high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete domestic and international shipments for delivery or pickup according to schedule and priority.
  • Coordinate activities using warehouse information systems and external shipping systems.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products and parts (receive, label, system input, place in location.)
  • Focus on the customer by maintaining quality service and providing exceptional delivery and results.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and isles neat while complying with departmental and corporate standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform inventory controls, such as cycle counting, to keep quality standards high for internal and external audits.
  • Model a professional work environment that values teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth; Lead by example.

Required Skills:
  • Proven warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency in warehouse information systems with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with warehouse practices and methods.
  • Strong organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Must have forklift and stacker experience.

Desired Technical Experience:
  • Experience using warehouse IT systems and shipping software
  • Experience with D365 preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn processes and recommend improvements.
  • Work with a focus on customer support and deliver results with high quality scores.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to repeatedly bend, squat, and lift.

Compensation: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour, contingent on level of experience.
