Do I have to buy my own leads?

No. We provide a variety of lead sources. You wont be expected to purchase leads for this role.


Do I need insurance or sales experience?

Not at all. You dont need an insurance background or sales experience to succeed here. We train you from the ground up and give you the tools to build confidence and skill.


What does training look like?

After licensing, youll go through a structured sales training program designed to help you close more business with fewer calls. Our team supports each others personal, professional, and financial goals. When one person wins, we all win.


Do I need a license before starting?

To sell Property & Casualty insurance in Michigan, youll need a P&C license. We provide the pre-licensing materials to prepare you for state testing. We value consistency, work ethic, and integrity more than prior experience.

Is this commission only? What can I earn?

  • Talk with prospective clients, uncover needs, and recommend solutions that make sense for them
