About the Role:

Justin Goushaw Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative in Rockford, MI. Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will learn how to identify client needs, recommend insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships within the community. Through training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to grow a successful career in the insurance industry while helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
