Job description

About the Role:
As a Vendor Claims Analyst, you'll support the submission, reconciliation, and collection of vendor funding programs, including rebates, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Working closely with vendor partners and internal teams, you'll help resolve discrepancies, ensure financial accuracy, and contribute to business profitability. This entry-level role offers a strong foundation for a career in finance, accounting, and operations within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What You'll Do
As a Vendor Claims Analyst, you will:
  • Prepare, review, and submit vendor claims for programs such as rebates, special pricing agreements, marketing funds, and other vendor incentives.
  • Ensure claims are submitted accurately and within required deadlines to maximize vendor reimbursement opportunities.
  • Perform daily and monthly accounting activities, financial transactions, and reporting processes.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation activities to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and outstanding issues with vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and validate claim information.
  • Escalate risks, issues, or unresolved discrepancies to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and process effectiveness.
  • Develop a broader understanding of TD SYNNEX business operations and how vendor funding programs contribute to organizational success.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
