Department Overview:
International Equity Sales Trading plays a key role in providing institutional clients with access to 60+ global markets, and high touch execution services globally in coordination with our counterparts around the globe.
Role Description:
The International Equity Sales Trader will play a key role in providing institutional clients with market access, trading solutions, and execution services across global equity markets. This role involves working closely with clients to facilitate equity execution in overnight markets in Europe and Asia as well as international markets during US hours including ADRs. This role entails providing market insights, market color and leveraging our network and counterparts in the specific regions to ensure a seamless and fluid coverage model. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global equity market nuances, global operations, a solid understanding of high-touch sales trading, strong client relationships and an impeccable reputation with a keen eye to help grow their franchise.
Job Duties:
  • Provide clients with our global execution capabilities, timely market color, work in a collaborative manner with multiple teams across products the firm offers
  • Work with Custodian bank and operations to ensure smooth processing of ADR conversions globally
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless coverage model

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
  • Technical skills with understanding of global equity markets with a distinct focus on Europe, APAC, LATAM, settlement cycles globally, algorithms, swaps
  • Experience with ADR conversions
  • An understanding of funds that trade equities globally
  • Client Relationship skills
