DentalPlans.com is looking for an enthusiastic B2C Telesales Agent (Universal Sales Representative) to join our team. In this inside sales role, you'll be helping consumers across the country find the right Dental Savings Plan (DSP) to fit their needs - while achieving and exceeding your own sales goals.
You'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, connect with a diverse range of customers, and guide them through plan options with confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. This is a full-time (40 hour/week) role. The exact shift will be determined based on business needs at the time of hire, with a possible start time between 8:30am and 10:30am EST and a possible end time between 5:30pm and 7:00pm EST. Candidates may reside in any U.S. time zone as long as they are able to work the assigned hours.
Qualifications
  • Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
  • May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience/expertise in software revenue recognition and ASC 606 standards
  • Knowledge of HFM and Great Plains or comparable financial systems
  • Knowledge of Outlooksoft or comparable consolidation/reporting tools
  • Proficiency and ability to learn in various related computer software applications
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate financial concepts
  • Uncover consumer needs through effective questioning and recommend the most suitable DSP for them or their family
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, conversion targets, and KPIs
  • Build strong connections with consumers, earning trust through professional, clear, and friendly communication
  • Educate consumers on the benefits and features of DSPs, explaining the enrollment and renewal process in easy-to-understand terms
  • Enroll consumers via inbound and outbound calls generated by company marketing efforts
  • Follow a proven sales and compliance call flow to ensure quality and consistency
  • Navigate multiple system applications to process requests, close sales, research inquiries, and update consumer information
  • Accurately document all interactions in line with standard operating procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your skills and boost performance
  • Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and designated processes
