  • Prestigious International Financial Institution seeks an Equity Sales Assistant in its US Equity Sales Team.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Responsibilities include:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Supporting sales team for market daily news, translation on Company financial statements (BS, PL, Cash flow and Marketable Securities statements, etc) analysts earning models and research memos\/Q&A from English to Japanese and vice versa<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Act as primary resource to multiple institutional investors in supporting client relationships for the US equity team<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Interacting with clients, senior management and personnel of numerous internal departments on a daily basis.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Administrative support of senior sales, including calendar management and travel arrangements, creating client and presentation reports, maintaining client files, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and client contact information<\/span><\/span>

    • Fielding and responding to client inquiries and requests<\/span><\/span>
