Job Description:

Work directly with the GC of one of the largest and most prominent PE funds on a search for a stellar M&A or general corporate attorney to join as Counsel. The position involves advising on a range of transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day matters; partnering with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals across the firm; and managing outside counsel. . The role offers substantial growth potential and extremely generous compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues.
  • Advise executives within the company.
  • Work alongside other departments within the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience with PE, FIG, finance, real assets, and/or international transactions is a plus.
  • Exceptional academic and professional experience required (i.e. top tier law school and Big Law or equivalent background).
