Your role and responsibilities

The HR Professional should be an ambassador for our HR model to deliver business growth efficiently and effectively. They should have a passion for learning, sharing expertise, and coaching, as well as a desire to provide the best client experience possible. Their responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging with leaders on HR matters, providing leadership coaching, and ensuring a delightful client experience.
  • Coordinating with HR functions on the deployment of manager enablement of HR offerings.
  • Co-creating the transformation of HR offerings and the client experience via elimination, simplification, and automation.
  • Building expertise across all HR offerings while developing deeper knowledge in one or more offerings.
  • Understanding the business context and talent strategies to develop cross-BU strategies
  • Collaborating as one HR team, working across different business units, HR functions, markets, and geographies.
  • Supporting talent squad initiatives to drive adoption and consistency of HR programs and processes.
  • Partnering with leaders to implement initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Supporting change initiatives by coordinating communications, timelines, and leader readiness.
Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
