This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment by managing employee relations and advising on best practices
  • Collaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention to sustain a thriving workplace
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to support and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
  • Act as a consultant and trusted resource, guiding managers on HR policies, their interpretation and application
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while implementing HR strategies that drive growth and engagement
  • Partner with Senior HRBPs to support local managers and teams, provide coaching, and guide performance management processes
  • Stay current on best industry practices and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with significant experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment where flexibility and initiative are valued
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and flawless execution of HR processes and initiatives
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters
