Our client located in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Plant HR Admin.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources and senior leadership team.
  • Manage the employee attendance program.
  • Orders office and break room supplies. Assists with management vendors for supplies, coffee and refreshment equipment.
  • Coordinate, support and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding schedule.
  • Maintain HR records and employee information electronically, including all HRIS systems, that is accurate, complete and fulfills legal requirements. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within Human Resources and payroll function is required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Kronos, Dayforce, or related technologies.


Client offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. Salary is $50-60K DOE.
