About the role
Inn-Flow is seeking a motivated and coachable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to break into SaaS sales and develop foundational skills in a high-growth industry.
As an BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. You'll build valuable experience in sales strategy, product knowledge, and customer outreach while helping hotel management organizations discover how Inn-Flow can streamline operations and drive performance.
This role is hybrid and based in-office Tuesday and Thursday in our downtown Raleigh office.
Come launch your sales career with structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders, with a defined leveling path toward Account Executive and beyond.
What you'll do
  • Create a great first impression with prospective Inn-Flow customers through professional, engaging, and solution-oriented communication
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social, etc.) to generate qualified leads
  • Identify prospects' business needs and pain points through discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified leads
  • Meet key performance metrics including:
    • 75 phone calls daily, plus consistent email and LinkedIn outreach
    • 10 completed meetings per month
  • Stay current on industry trends, business news, and Inn-Flow's evolving product suite
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle and gain real-world experience in SaaS sales
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in HubSpot to ensure clear communication and forecasting
  • Launch your sales career with structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders
  • Be a part of an inclusive and collaborative work environment that focuses on leveraging your unique skills and personality
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, fast-paced, and supportive sales environment
