Who We Are

White Lodging operates award-winning hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across major U.S. cities. Our success is built on precision, consistency, and strict adherence to professional standards. As an entry-level Entry Line Cook, you will train within a highly structured hotel kitchen environment where procedures, safety protocols, and disciplined execution guide every shift.

This role requires full AM availability, with scheduled shifts ranging from 6:00am-2:00pm to 9:00am-3:30pm, depending on operational needs.

What You'll Do

  • Train as an Entry Level Cook by following a structured, step-by-step development program designed to build proficiency in all core kitchen duties
  • Adhere strictly to company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal food safety guidelines at all times
  • Execute proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures with precision, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and internal safety standards
  • Support food and labor cost control by following established portioning, production, and waste-prevention procedures
  • Verify ingredient freshness and follow all recipes, preparation methods, and portion-use records exactly as written
  • Monitor guest feedback indicators and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation to support performance benchmarks
  • Maintain a professional, orderly work environment, reinforcing cooperation and respect within a structured kitchen setting
  • Perform additional assigned duties that support operational discipline and kitchen efficiency

What You'll Bring
