At our pretzel shop, we specialize in hand-rolled pretzels baked to perfection and served with a variety of delicious toppings, dips, and sauces. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
