Job Summary: ** This is not a Remote job**
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, booking transportation, some dispatching, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

4x10 and/or 8x5 shifts available (including rotating weekends/ holidays)



Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) rides.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and service standards.


Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
