Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health information systems.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
