Job Description
NEW Histology Technician or Histotech opening at a private laboratory located outside of Albany, New York! This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent full time and a part time histotech for a day shift opening! In addition, these positions do not include any weekends or holidays!
The Histology Technician is responsible for:
  • Prepares histologic slides for examination by Pathologist
  • Accessioning, grossing and special stains
  • Maintaining quality assurance and daily quality control
  • And more!
For consideration, applicants must have a New York License as a laboratory professional - CLT or HT. In addition, HT or HTL ASCP Certification is preferred.
