Assist pathologist / PA during the gross processing of surgical specimens,
Using frozen section technique prepare slides for the pathologist to view for rapid diagnosis,
Enters patient and specimen information into Pathology and Hospital Information Systems,
Assist histology technologists in the embedding, cover-slipping and labeling of surgical and autopsy tissue slides,
High School diploma or equivalent,
Classes in biology and related sciences preferred,
Successful completion of all orientation Programs,
