Position Purpose:
Mercy Care is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support strategic initiatives that drive our mission to serve Atlanta's most vulnerable populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare strategy, data analysis, and project management while contributing to impactful organizational decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with Mercy Care's goals.
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new programs.
  • Translate complex data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to stakeholder communications.
  • Build reports using electronic medical records to support data-driven decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the planning team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in healthcare strategy and project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
